Is there going to be a Blue Feather encampment at Estrella War this year? I could not find one last year.

Thank god some else asked this question. This may be my first year attending Estrella and I had the same concerns in mind. If there isnt a large Blue Feather Presence at Estrella I at least hoped there would be a few members bump elbows with.
